6. Orders, Returns & Final Sale Policy By placing an order, you agree that each item is curated and sourced specifically for our collection. Due to the high-end nature of these products and the specialized logistics involved:
- Final Sale: All purchases are considered Final Sale upon dispatch unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
- Condition Verification: Returns for unopened items are only authorized upon verification of the item’s condition via high-resolution photo/video evidence provided by the customer.
- Damages: Any claim for damaged or defective goods must be submitted to support@theurbanlofthome.com within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by required photographic proof of the product and packaging.
